Refund Policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026

This policy covers purchases from Iron Deck Ventures LLC, doing business as Ready Room Alpha, on readyroomalpha.com.

Applies to: every downloadable PDF guide in our Store (prices are shown on each product page) and 1:1 coaching ($50/hour).

Questions or refund requests: email coaching@readyroomalpha.com. Please include your order number.

PDF products: final sale, but we'll make it right

Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once the file has been delivered. We will refund you in full if:

• you were charged but never received a working download link, and we can't fix it within 3 business days of you contacting us;
• the file is broken or unreadable, and we can't send you a working copy;
• you were charged twice for the same item by mistake; or
• you bought Doctrine Core ($20) and then buy the Complete Individual Set ($40) within 14 days. In that case we'll refund the $20, so the Set costs $40 total.

Coaching

To book, email coaching@readyroomalpha.com to set up a free 20-minute fit call.

You can cancel or reschedule a paid session for free up to 24 hours before it starts, and get a full refund or a new time. Within 24 hours, or if you don't show up, the session isn't refunded. If we need to cancel, you get a full refund or a new time, whichever you choose.

How refunds work

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor. Once we issue a refund, it usually shows up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• After a PDF refund, please delete your copy. A refund ends the license to use the file.
• Nothing in this policy takes away any rights you have under the law.
