Terms of Sale

Effective date: October 28, 2026

These terms apply when you buy from readyroomalpha.com. The seller is Iron Deck Ventures LLC, doing business as Ready Room Alpha ("Ready Room Alpha," "we," "us"), a Texas business. Contact: coaching@readyroomalpha.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What we sell

  • Downloadable PDF guides: as shown in the Store; each product page lists what's included and the price.
  • 1:1 coaching: $50/hour, a live session with Alex, booked by email.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any sales tax is shown at checkout. If we change a price, the change won't affect orders already placed. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment

Checkout runs on Squarespace Commerce with Squarespace Payments, which uses Stripe as its processor. You can pay with the methods shown at checkout: major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link. We never see or store your full card number.

Delivery of PDFs

After you pay, the download is available on the order confirmation page. It's also emailed to the address you used at checkout. The emailed link works for 24 hours. If it has expired, clicking it sends you a fresh link automatically, or you can email us. Please save the files to your device. If you haven't received your link within an hour, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Your license to use the PDFs

When you buy a PDF, you get a personal license. It's licensed for one person's personal use. You may download it, print it, and use it yourself. You may not use it for team or company use, run group sessions with it, resell it, share it publicly, post it online, or pass the files off as your own work. For team use, email coaching@readyroomalpha.com. The content remains the property of Iron Deck Ventures LLC.

To book, email coaching@readyroomalpha.com to set up a free 20-minute fit call. If coaching is a good fit, we'll schedule your sessions with you by email. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

What we promise, and what we don't

Our guides and coaching share leadership and career-transition experience from naval aviation and business. They are educational. They are not a guarantee of any job, promotion, salary, or other result, and they are not legal, financial, medical, or mental-health advice. Ready Room Alpha is independent and not affiliated with the VA, the Department of Defense, or the U.S. government.

Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site and files accurate and available. Even so, they are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

Other terms

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
  • If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • We may update these terms. The version posted when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
